Your mission & impact
As a Senior HRIS / Oracle HCM Functional Analyst , you will play a key role in a large-scale HR systems transformation across Europe. You will lead the functional design, data migration, and testing of Oracle HCM (or similar HR platforms), working closely with HR, integration, and project management teams to ensure a consistent, reliable, and business-aligned solution.
