We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a critical role in defining business requirements, supporting procurement efforts, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders and implementation partners. This individual will act as the bridge between HR/business teams, executive leadership, and technical vendors, helping translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive a successful HCM system implementation.
