Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in CRM platforms and Credit Origination/Loan Processing Systems within the banking or financial services industry. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business requirements, design functional solutions, and deliver end-to-end digital lending initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement workshops, impact analysis, and gap analysis.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Technical Design Documents (TDD), and user stories.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, Solution Architects, and Business Users throughout the project lifecycle.
