About the Opportunity 

Reporting to the BA Team Leader, the Senior Business Analyst (Senior BA) plays a critical role within the Program Management Department. The role will focus on a range of significant projects from simple to high complexity impacts across RACV websites and applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).   

As an experienced Senior BA, you will lead and drive business analysis activities working in collaboration with Technology stakeholders (e.g., Domain architects, technical and digital SMEs) and the business.
