Senior Business AI Strategy

**The opportunity**

AI represents a powerful opportunity to amplify how Unity’s Ad Revenue organization Client Partners, Performance Managers, and Sales teams operate — and we’re looking for an Senior Business AI Strategy to unlock that potential. This role sits at the intersection of technical building and business understanding: you’ll work closely with the Ads Revenue org to deeply understand how they work, then build the AI-powered tools and workflows that take their performance to the next level.

You’ll own two things: building new AI tools and workflows, and ensuring the teams you build for fully adopt them. Building is the primary job — but a tool no one uses is a tool that didn’t ship. You’ll be accountable for both.
