Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor / Project Team Lead to join their expanding team.This is an excellent opportunity for a driven surveyor who enjoys leading projects, mentoring colleagues, and delivering high-quality refurbishment and capital works programmes for housing associations, local authorities, and registered providers.The successful candidate will play a key role in managing projects from inception through topletion, whilst supporting the growth and development of the wider building surveying team.
