Senior Building Control Lead - Compliance & Inspections

Central Otago District Council is seeking a Senior Building Control Officer to provide technical leadership across building consent processing, inspections, and CCC assessments. The role emphasizes guiding complex applications and ensuring regulatory decisions are well supported by documentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Building Act 2004 and NZ Building Code, experience in consent processing, inspections, CCC functions, and the ability to mentor Building Control
