Job Title: Senior Building Automation Systems Specialist
Location: Red Roof
Department: Facilities
**Position Summary** : The Senior Building Automation Systems (BAS) Specialist enables innovation by sourcing new technologies and processes that drive efficiencies in cost and performance while creating and supporting strategic initiatives brought to the Facilities Process and Technology team. Partners with Facilities vendor managed teams to ensure equipment is running at peak performance, enables full equipment life cycle and minimize repair cost. Leads the business by ensuring that Building Automation System (BAS) technologies are implemented for all remodels, retrofits, new site construction and innovation projects on time and within budget.
