Job Overview

As a Senior Biopharmaceutical Representative, you will develop and execute territory plans, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and drive sales of Amgen’s products while ensuring excellent customer engagement and compliance with expense budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with manager to develop and implement territory plans (POA) and key account plans.
• Evaluate progress versus plan on a monthly basis and agree on course corrections with manager.
• Contribute to cluster/territory teams and collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Value & Access teams to set key account plan objectives and responsibilities.
• Engage peers, District Manager, and cross‑functional teams to improve product knowledge.
• Demonstrate an understanding of industry and healthcare trends, including how retail practices, clinics, and hospitals operate.
