Senior BIM Modeller (Pipeline)

This role is for TALENT POOLING. Once the position becomes active, we will begin processing candidates who have passed the CV screening.

Role Description

• To operate within a single discipline with little supervision.
• To support model delivery and compliance with project and company standards and meets clients Exchange Information Requirements (EIR).
• To be able to use 3 or more modelling software packages with speciality in one package.
• May lead a small team in BIM modelling and drawing production for single discipline under the supervision of BIM Coordinator.
• To create a sense of shared ownership and accountability balancing this with decisiveness and holding others to account for delivery.
• To take ownership for own responsibility, creating clarity and motivating and aligning others.
