Here is what you will be doing:

Proficiently execute BIM tasks across Mechanical Building Services disciplines, encompassing HVAC, Wet Services, Process, and Fire. Demonstrate expertise in Revit modelling within the aforementioned Mechanical Building Services. Ability to conduct self-checks, including clash avoidance with other services. Operate in the Autodesk collaboration platforms such as BIM360 or ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) Eagerness to enhance skills and participate / contribute to training and upskilling sessions. Collaborate with the BIM Manager to develop content and ensure adherence to standards. Conduct thorough Level 3 QA/QC checks on discipline models.
