Roles and Responsibilities

• BIM Implementation Strategy – develop BIM Implementation strategy & deliver complex international projects
• CDE Management – establish & administer the CDE & support efficient management of multi‑stakeholder projects
• Project Management – coordinate BIM execution & project delivery with project leadership
• BIM Execution – create & maintain the project’s industry framework docs: BEP, MIDP, MPDT, appendices, etc.
• Technical Support – establish data integrated workflows for civils projects & provide support, guidance & training to project teams
• Digital Technology & Content Management – oversee the production of smart object content, templates & libraries, deploy the use of AECOM’s content management system (Autodesk Content CatalogI) onto projects and manage the best practice use of digital technology for collaboration, coordination & delivery
