Senior Billing Operations Lead — Automation & Compliance

DHL Express is seeking a Billing Senior Supervisor in Bogotá to lead end‑to‑end billing operations for a multinational operation. You will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contracts, rate cards, and SLAs while driving efficiency and reducing revenue leakage.

You will partner with Sales, Pricing, and Operations, coach a high‑performing billing team, and drive automation initiatives such as e‑invoicing and RPA to enhance customer experience and operational excellence.
