Senior BAS Accountant — Advisory & Process Improvement (Flexible)

Fluid Recruitment Limited is seeking a CA qualified (or near qualified) senior accountant for a Tauranga-based firm with a strong market reputation. You’ll manage your own portfolio, review junior work, and deliver high-quality accounting and advisory services.

There is scope to drive process improvements, leverage new technology, and contribute to growing the operating model. Ideal candidates have solid Xero experience, a commercial mindset, and enjoy enhancing systems beyond pure compliance.
