Requirements
Previous experience as a Senior Barista or in a café leadership role preferred
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing, espresso machines, and beverage preparation
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, leadership skills, and team spirit
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
Train and support junior baristas when needed
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and café standards
Handle customer orders professionally
Support daily café operations and workflow management
