Senior Banking and Finance Counsel — Lead Global Deals

Mashreq seeks a senior legal counsel to lead expert support on complex banking and finance transactions, including bilateral and syndicated loans, cross-border matters, and LMA-based documentation across Corporate & Investment Banking, International Banking, and Treasury and Capital Markets.

The role requires UAE and international banking law expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor junior staff, manage external counsel, and drive regulatory compliance and risk mitigation in a
