Your Role as Senior Baker
As a Senior Baker at COBS Bread, you will take a lead role in ensuring the production of high-quality artisan breads and baked goods. You will mentor and support junior bakers, manage daily baking operations, and uphold the company's standards for freshness and customer satisfaction.
