Senior Backend-Developer – 100% Remote

We're seeking experienced Backend or Fullstack Developers with a strong systems-design mindset to join our fully remote team. What you'll do

• Develop and maintain our web application

• Design and own our data layer – schema and table design, relationships and indexing, and query/load optimization that holds up as the system grows

• Design queues, background jobs and long-running workflows that stay correct and reliable under heavy load

• Contribute to architecture decisions, the direction of our stack, and the overall product vision

• Build robust pipelines for document- & email processing and 3rd-party-integrations that handle volume spikes gracefully
