Senior BA – Front Office Rates & Capital Markets

Quanteam is recruiting a Senior Business Analyst to join its Capital Markets practice in Singapore. The role focuses on business analysis for the Sales application, supporting pre-trade RFQ workflows between Sales and Traders, real-time pricing, deal validation, and integration with downstream booking systems.

You will work with business users, product owners and developers, lead workshops, draft specifications, map data flows, and contribute to testing and deployment.
