Who we are looking for

Charles River Development, a State Street Company, is offering the opportunity for a talented database administrator to join its Database Operations team. The database team is responsible for the design, administration, and daily operation of critical systems that support our clients’ Production, Disaster Recovery, and Test environments in hybrid on-premise and cloud database environment, with a heavy emphasis on SQL Server, Azure SQL, Snowflake and Managed Instance Databases.

We are looking for an expert SQL Server database performance engineer in an Azure environment. We would prefer candidates with the combination of SQL database performance engineering, T-SQL development, automation, and administration skills where candidate will be responsible for identifying performance bottlenecks and performing query tuning in Azure on SQL VM in IaaS and Azure SQL database.
