The Citizen Developer AI Agent Enablement Engineer is a hands‑on practitioner and enablement specialist who sits at the intersection of platform engineering and organisational capability building.

This role is responsible for translating Temasek's enterprise agentic AI platform into reusable patterns, guided workflows, and practical toolkits that empower non‑technical users – investment professionals, operations staff such as HR, Finance, Legal teams, and business analysts – to build their own AI‑assisted solutions within a governed, secure environment.
