Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- We’re looking for an experienced professional to support the Retail and MSME Deposits team in managing day-to-day operational activities, regulatory and industry engagements, and campaign fulfillment. This role is responsible for driving effective coordination across stakeholders and overseeing the timely execution of operational and industry-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s operational standards and business objectives.
- Operations and Industry Engagement
- Represent the Bank in industry working groups, forums, and roundtables relating to Retail and MSME deposit products.
- Coordinate internal responses and follow-ups arising from industry engagements.
- Track action items and ensure timely submission of deliverables to regulators and industry bodies.
- Maintain documentation and updates on industry developments relevant to deposit products.
