Broadridge is hiring! We’re seeking a Reconciliation Senior Associate is responsible for performing and supporting end-to-end reconciliation activities in a BPO/shared services environment. This role ensures high-volume transactional and account reconciliation work is completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with client requirements, internal controls, and service level agreements.

The role involves identifying and investigating discrepancies, resolving breaks, escalating unresolved issues, and supporting process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
