Senior Associate, Quality Engineering

Job Description:

Intermediate Quality professional with practical knowledge of how to develop, modify, apply and maintain quality evaluation, control systems and protocols for the build of highly complex electro-optical, electronic & mechanical spaceflight assemblies. Engineer manages and maintains program Quality Assurance activities, and routinely interfaces with Engineering, Management, Customers and Subcontractors. Individual will be heavily involved in monitoring the building, installation and test of software/hardware and integrated systems, will participate in peer reviews for technical and process evaluation, and will lead activities related to review and correction of non-conforming materials or assemblies. This position requires strong influential and collaborative leadership skills, as well as meticulous organizational skills.
