Senior Associate - Outbound Logistics Commercial (6 Months Contract)

Overview

Support the Logistics Commercial Leader in planning and scheduling shipping, trucking, freight forwarding, port activities, and ad‑hoc logistics suppliers. Monitor performance through KPIs and maintain databases for related systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop logistics plans in collaboration with the Logistics Operations, Planning, and Sales teams, balancing value and customer delivery with costs across various time horizons.
• Long‑term annual planning: prepare, adjust, review, and develop the logistics budget; analyze and verify data; prepare spreadsheets; check data consistency; calculate costs and volumes organized by regions, equipment, origins, and destinations.
• Mid‑term quarterly planning: support preparations, adjustments, and reviews, and develop quarterly budget updates using the same approach as the annual planning.
