**The Team:** Our dynamic Loan Operations team is responsible for managing critical processes including onboarding, data management, and client support for ClearPar users, ensuring operational excellence and high data integrity. **Responsibilities and Impact:**

+ Serve as a subject matter expert, managing complex operational processes across the loan trade lifecycle, including onboarding, trade records, closings, and exception management, ensuring data integrity and operational excellence.
+ Provide expert support and guidance to clients and internal partners, acting as a key escalation point for complex issues and proactively resolving them to minimize client impact.
