Role Description

The primary responsibility is to provide day‑to‑day support to Directors and Senior Managers across accounts and create meaningful impact to client businesses. Senior Associate supports BU goals by delighting clients with great work, developing team capabilities, and ensuring efficient delivery. The role serves as the key interface between the organization and our clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts to ensure deliverables are met by the team.
• Accountable for accurate and timely delivery of account outputs (data tables, KPIs, presentations, reports, workshops), balancing personal analysis with delegation.
