Role Overview

As a Senior Associate – Healthcare Architecture, you will be a trusted leader within our growing Health Architecture studio, working closely with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary project teams to deliver complex healthcare environments that improve patient outcomes, staff wellbeing and operational efficiency.

You will provide design and technical leadership across major healthcare projects, build strong client relationships, guide projects from early planning and briefing through to delivery, and mentor and develop emerging talent within the business.
