Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of multiple building services coordination, commissioning and engineering projects
- Build strong relationships with clients and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Provide technical guidance across projects and support engineering teams
- Mentor and develop two direct reports through coaching and regular feedback
- Oversee quality assurance, commissioning activities and project documentation
- Support business development, proposals and repeat client opportunities
Qualifications
- Engineering experience within building services
- Experience gained in design, installation, commissioning or project delivery
- Confident communicator who enjoys working directly with clients
