We are seeking a proactive and energetic Senior Associate of Corporate Affairs to join our team in Tokyo. The role supports the planning and execution of corporate affairs initiatives that advance Amgen's business priorities and corporate reputation in Japan.
Operating in a matrixed environment, partnering closely with cross-functional teams in Japan, the Japan and Asia Pacific (JAPAC) region, and global Corporate Affairs, the role contributes to corporate communications (including internal and digital communications), and therapeutic area Corporate Affairs initiatives.

+ Support preparation and on-site logistics for internal and external events such as Town Hall meetings and Kick Off meetings.
+ Maintain and regularly update corporate communications assets, including corporate brochures, company presentations, fact sheets, and other corporate collateral.
