This contract position (estimated end date December 2027) supports the execution of IMCO’s contingent workforce strategy and recruitment operations.

Responsibilities

Contingent Workforce Program Delivery

• Support execution of IMCO’s Contingent Workforce Optimization (CWO) Program, ensuring consistent application of the playbook, operating model, and standards.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end contingent workforce processes, including intake, approvals, onboarding, renewals/extensions, and offboarding.
• Review requests for completeness, risk indicators, and policy alignment, and elevate exceptions or higher‑risk engagements as required.
• Help ensure appropriate worker classification and adherence to compliance, governance, and risk‑management requirements across all engagements.
