Senior Associate

A leading APAC-based alternative investment manager with broad appetite in real estate and corporate credit is looking for a Senior Associate to join their NZ office in Auckland. The role is principally focused on originating, executing and managing private debt investments, particularly in the property and development finance space.

This is a fantastic opportunity to form part of the manager’s foundation team on the ground in NZ, supported by significant deployable capital. You will report to and work closely with a highly experienced local head.

• Assisting with originating, executing and managing private debt and other investments, particularly in the property and development finance space.
