Senior Assistant Manager (Project Management Operations)

Works with the Manager of the Project Management Operations (PMO) to coordinate the launch and operational readiness of external‑funded research projects. The role involves hands‑on coordination of project manpower, procurement, hospital clearances, stakeholder engagement and committee submissions, enabling smooth activation of complex research projects in support of TTSH’s strategic vision of Academic Health Excellence.

• Project start‑up enablement & institutional navigation: work closely with Principal Investigators (PIs) to compile project requirements and track key start‑up tasks such as manpower recruitment, procurement, and committee clearances.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, and other departments to expedite internal processes and approvals required to launch research activities.
