About the Role

The University Advancement Office (UAO) supports NTU’s giving mission by fostering meaningful relationships and strategic partnerships with philanthropists, alumni, business community partners, and corporations, resulting in goodwill and philanthropy toward education and research. The candidate will serve as a key partner to frontline fundraisers, co‑creating compelling donor proposals, presentation decks and orchestrating bespoke donor cultivation experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and/or refine comprehensive gift proposals and pitch materials for major gifts prospects, translating faculty/University requirements and donor interests into compelling funding opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and Faculty/Academic administrators to gather programme, financial, and impact data for inclusion in proposals.
