We’re building a creative team from scratch — a new function designed to produce performance creative, brand assets, and campaign work at the quality and velocity a $50M D2C brand demands. The Role You’re the visual craftsperson in the pod. Paired with a copywriter, you’ll conceive and produce performance creative across static, carousel, video, and social formats — work that has to stop a scroll, communicate clearly, and convert. You’ll also contribute to building the broader visual language: brand systems, design templates, data visualisation, and digital design components. This is a role where speed and craft coexist.
