Senior Architect – UAE BIM & Contracting Lead

Talents Tide is seeking a Senior Architect (Technical) in Dubai to provide technical architectural support across project stages. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of contracting experience and strong knowledge of UAE codes and regulations.

Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with the Dubai Municipality and Green Building codes, and leading a team of architects and engineers. Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of BIM / Revit are required.
