Our Toronto-based client is seeking a Senior Application Support Specialist (BMC Helix & Identity Management) for a 12-month contract opportunity in Toronto, ON. This is a hybrid role.
Must haves:
- 5+ years of experience with BMC Helix, including custom modules and ticketing systems
- 5+ years of experience with identity management solutions such as NetIQ
- 5+ years of experience with client management systems and custom software applications
- Experience managing customer/account data with strong analytical skills
- Experience working in complex software environments with strict procedural compliance
- Strong attention to detail and experience with record-level data management
