Project Overview
The client is a leading bank in Asia with a global network of more than 500 branches and offices in 19 countries and territories. You will work in a newly set‑up technology centre in Kuala Lumpur, supporting digital banking solutions and technology transformation.
Responsibilities
- Provide L3 production support for Digital Banking applications built on React and related frontend technologies.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain frontend components using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs; perform root‑cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
