Senior Application Support Engineer
Provide Level 3 application support for the Client Lifecycle Management system, ensuring consistent and accurate service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Work in an agile organization, supporting multi‑tier applications and performing root cause analysis.
- Collaborate closely with application users, IT Service Owners, and other stakeholders to guarantee smooth operations and high availability.
Qualifications
- Proven Level 3 application support experience within an agile organization.
- Strong knowledge of database development concepts (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) for troubleshooting.
- Banking experience in CRM, account opening, and compliance.
- Basic Java knowledge for application‑level analysis.
