Senior Application Engineer

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.), or equivalent from four-year college or university is required (MIS degree is preferred)
+ Provide IT support, maintenance, and project execution activities within the ERP Quote-to-Cash business process environment, aligning with overall organizational strategies, goals, and objectives. This includes investigating and assisting in the resolution of system-related issues as required.
+ Collaborate with business representatives and IT teams to design, develop, and implement information technology solutions that support the organization's business processes.
+ Support and maintain SAP SD functionality, configuration, and technical objects within the SAP environment.
+ Provide guidance to business users in developing test plans, test scripts, training plans, and training materials. Assist with SAP testing, quality assurance, and monitoring activities.
