Job Purpose and Impact

We are looking for a Senior UKG Boomi Developer to join our global Workforce Management technology team. In this role, you will work on large-scale, enterprise-grade integrations supporting workforce operations across multiple countries and tens of thousands of employees. This is a great opportunity to build deep expertise in UKG Pro WFM, work on complex global integrations, and grow into technical leadership or architecture roles.

Key Accountabilities

  • Design and develop integrations using Boomi AtomSphere
  • Build and maintain integrations with UKG Pro WFM (, Person Import, Payroll Export, APIs, custom extensions)
  • Define data mapping, transformation, and integration logic
  • Perform testing and validation of integrations in non-production environments
  • Monitor production integrations and troubleshoot issues
