Senior Application Developer

About the Role

The contractor will be engaged in the role of Senior Microsoft Stack Developer to provide software development capability across the Departments business application environment. The contractor will work under the Departmetns governance arrangements and delegated authority structures to design, build, test, maintain and enhance applications and related services.

Primary Duties:

Application Development and Delivery

• Design, build, test and maintain business applications, primarily using Microsoft technologies and the .NET stack, to support the Departments operational and legislative business needs.
• Coordinate, design, build and maintain Windows desktop and related business applications, including solutions built using C#, WPF and MVVM patterns, and provide technical and professional advice on complex development problems.
