Join a dynamic team as a Senior Analyst, where you will play a critical role in managing and supporting Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) within a vibrant securitisation environment across the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the operations of SPVs for securitisation transactions across the APAC region. Monitor ongoing SPV activities including financial reporting, documentation updates, and compliance requirements. Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Risk) and external stakeholders (trustees, service providers, auditors, and regulators) to ensure effective SPV management. Assist in preparing and reviewing transaction and operational reports. Identify process improvements and help implement best practices for enhancing SPV operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and adherence to relevant frameworks.
