Senior Analyst, Network Control/Administration

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and support hardware and software for switches, routers, firewalls, network monitoring tools, configuration backup tools, authentication providers for user and machine authentication, and connectivity to provide an optimized and reliable environment to support production and non‑production environments running on premise and in the cloud.
• Perform maintenance, software/firmware upgrades, and vulnerability management on a timely basis as needed; troubleshoot and provide solutions to issues related to the network utilizing network tools such as packet captures, querying logs natively and via SPLUNK.
• Monitor network performance and capacity management of all network devices and links.
• Participate in projects to design solutions as per architectural and security guidelines and standards.
