Responsibilities

Portfolio & Project Management Enablement: Supporting Portfolio, Resource and Financial Management to contribute to the success of the company strategy. This translates into: Acting as a trusted PMO partner to Tech stakeholders, providing visibility, insights, and analysis to support informed decision‑making.

Enabling effective execution of portfolio initiatives by ensuring adherence to our quality standards and governance requirements.

Supporting ongoing project and portfolio activities, including budget and resource planning, as well as fiscal year opening and closing activities.

Ensuring the Project Management Methodology & Practices are correctly and consistently applied.

Giving visibility to the financial information by keeping it up to date in the PMO tools.

Performing quality reviews, providing guidance to project teams, and contributing to portfolio reporting.
