Role Overview

This Senior Analyst - IT Product Support role will be based in the Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. The role is hybrid, requiring three days in office. The Senior Analyst will provide high-quality support to the Operations business across the Pacific Region, enabling the delivery of administration services to Operations clients. The role involves managing complex application issues, providing best practice communications, and conducting scope and solutions analysis for projects.

What You Will Do

The Senior Analyst will investigate, triage, diagnose, and resolve complex application issues, work with clients and other IT departments, and provide application management, including monitoring and maintenance. They will also initiate Post Incident/Implementation Reviews, identify and own remedial activities, and provide support to business during core hours and on-call support for business-critical applications.
