Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of Visa’s CEMEA Interchange Reimbursement Fee (IRF) frameworks through financial modeling and economics analysis.
- Design and evaluate market-specific IRF models to balance issuer and acquirer economics with network growth.
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate proposed interchange rate changes and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare executive summaries, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership regarding interchange performance.
- Drive the adoption of AI and automation across interchange workflows, including IRF simulations and anomaly detection.
- Monitor regulatory developments and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
