Senior Analyst, Finance (Billing)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our General Accounting team at Marsh . This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.

We will count on you to:
Oversee the end-to-end billing process to ensure accuracy and completeness of all billing activities, while maintaining clear and precise communication with stakeholders to ensure accurate invoicing and billing.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to clarify and resolve billing related queries.
Performing weekly reconciliation report for panel vendors.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to monitor the AR cycle and deadlines to ensure timely processing, perform AR closing activities and prepare month end reports accurately within the established timeframe.
