Senior Analyst, Finance and Accounting

General Summary

The Senior Analyst, Finance and Accounting manages a more complex and higher-volume portfolio and is also responsible for all aspects of general ledger accounting, reporting, cash management, and budgeting/forecasting for their portfolio. They serve as the main point of contact, providing operational support to Property Administrators and General Managers at the site level, as well as Accountants at third‑party service providers, where applicable. Beyond standard reporting, the Senior Analyst also responds to ad‑hoc analysis requests and records corporate and management reporting entries, reflecting their broader accountability and expertise.
