Senior Analyst, Cybersecurity: Data Loss Prevention (DLP) / Data Protection

This role is essential to the success and maturity of Stryker's Data Protection Program. As the volume of sensitive data, cloud collaboration, and AI-enabled workflows continues to grow, dedicated expertise is required to proactively manage risk, improve visibility, and ensure data remains protected throughout its lifecycle.

**What you will do:**

+ Lead the implementation and optimization of data loss prevention (DLP) controls across endpoints, email, and cloud platforms to reduce data exposure risk
+ Manage and maintain data classification, labeling, and encryption policies aligned with enterprise data governance standards
+ Analyze DLP alerts and incidents, identify root causes, and drive remediation to improve detection accuracy and reduce repeat incidents
+ Develop and enhance detection use cases to identify sensitive data exposure, unauthorized sharing, and data exfiltration
